James Kostecki, MPA

For over sixteen years, James has specialized in navigating complex organizational challenges and implementing effective solutions. In the first half of his career, he worked as a consultant to public sector human services agencies and the community-based organizations they partnered with. His projects spanned a diverse range of services, including program evaluations, organizational assessments, financial reporting, and improving access to critical information. At the heart of this work was a singular goal: to enhance the delivery of services by empowering providers with the tools and insights they needed to succeed.

Building on his consulting experience, James joined the executive team at a national behavioral health provider, where he developed a robust operational infrastructure that fueled rapid growth and supported the organization’s expansion. His expertise in building scalable operations elevated the organization’s daily functions and positioned it for long-term success. During his tenure, James played a key role in expanding services nationwide, launching new service offerings, and significantly increasing the number of clients served.



Today, James serves as CEO of two lifestyle concierge companies providing highly personalized support to individuals and families. One focuses on healthcare management, helping clients navigate and coordinate their health and care, while the other provides comprehensive personal and home technology management. In both roles, James is focused on building high-touch service organizations that simplify complexity, create trusted long-term relationships, and deliver an exceptional client experience.
